Anne DeAcetis, Development Director

Anne DeAcetis is a member of Actors Equity Association and a founding member of Division 13 Productions. She has served as the company’s Development Director since 1997. A native New Yorker, she is currently earning her Acting MFA at the California Institute of the Arts outside Los Angeles.

D13 stage credits include: Antigone in BLOOD LINE: The Oedipus/Antigone Story (After Dark Award Winner for “Outstanding Production”), The Horse (General's Girl) in The Balcony by Genet, Agnes in a premiere adaptation of The Mustache by Carrère, W2 in Play by Beckett, and Marguerite Duras in The War, adapted from the novel. Other credits include: Chorus in The Trojan Women (guest artist, The Juilliard School), Miss Lucy in Timocina and the Crocodiles (Drama League), and Voice in Cascando by Beckett at HERE.

CalArts theater credits include: Ranevskaya in The Cherry Orchard and the Queen Mother in Las Meninas by Lynn Nottage.

CalArts film credits include Rachel in "Five Minutes," a film by Ragnhildur Sigurðardóttir and Claire in "A Nursery Rhyme," a film by Toby Lawrence.

Prior to joining the MFA program at CalArts, Anne studied with Anne Bogart and the SITI company and Robert Langdon Lloyd of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Most recently, she studied on-camera technique with film and television actor Paul Lazar.
